ICICI HFC Fixed deposit
Issue of duplicate copy of fixed deposit

Hi,

I have ICICI home finance fixed deposit.

FDR No.002000009205

Issuing Branch :- Hyderabad Begumpet

Maturity date :- 18 July

Unfortunately the Fixed deposit document was missed and i applied for the duplicate copy of FD document at Sector 50 Noida branch by submitting the indemnity form on Rs. 300 stamp to Mr. Zubair khan on 30 June. But after consistent follow up still I have not received the FD copy and there is no proper answer from Mr. Zubair khan. I dropped the mail to Mr. Zubair on his ID [email protected] also. For the same I dropped the mail to [email protected]

[email protected] but there is no response. So now I do not know how to get the FD copy and money from ICICI. ICICI always talks about customer service this is the example of customer service provided by ICICI . So please help me in this regard as I need money urgently to do some work.

Hope I will get the solution now.
