Complain for non receipt of Madiclame Amount

This is to inform you that I am, Kanchan Kumer Dey a madiclame Insurence holder of ICICI Lomberd bearing the mediclame Policy number 220200356517.

I am a patient of Brain tumer and now I am passing through the treatment since last eight monthes. After my Brain surgury I paid a huge amount of Hospital Bills,

after few days of surgery I submit the hospital Bills to get the amount of Mediclame from your end through the SERVICE REQUEST NO.14071172.

Now a days I am under treatment.

I submitted all the relevents documents few monthes ago, and i send email for checking status of my claim To [email protected] as per suggesion of help desk number 18002666 on 6 oct but I cuold not get any kind attention end even a telephone calls.

As my further treatment is too much expesive and I can not affort it, if I can't get any mediclame amount from your end.

So, I hope I will get your Kind co-operation for that matter as soon as possible.
