kindly find the detials of claim which was given no claim in atachment. As with thought Reputed private concern services and explaning by the Relationship Manager of iciciprudental general insurance co.ltd. siliguri branch i have done this policies of Contractor all Risk policies so that i may get relive during unpredict circumstance of loss. but at the time of claim it was found that he and his company underwriter have given policies with excess claim as: 5 % of claim amount subject to Rs.20, 200, 000/-, in case of" Act of God' and Normal claim 5% of claim amount subject to minimum Rs. 50, 50, 000/- when asked to Relationship manager after receiving the policy together in front of agent, Relationship manager stated "that much minimum ie (Rs.20, 200, 000/-)and (Rs. 50, 50, 000/-). amount is claimable deducting 5% from it". today at the time of claim of Rs. 5793164 it is found that this whole amount will be deducted from claim amount. ie claim amount should not be less then Rs.20, 200, 000/-. when i call for intemating claim they have sent made servyor and all and even ask me to send report of damages as if i will get for which i have to stop all site work for 45 days which was another loss for me. servyor also did not made Perfect servey and stated send report minimum report of damages so to get claim quickly. icici prudental general insurance by takeing insurance premium of rs.88, 551/-(Eighty eight thousand five hundred fifty one rupess) for 6 month and giving all false assurance and tunning it to no claim at the time of claim to the work which is made compulsary to contractor to do by Govterment Order if it lies no safe futures just to take premium then why to buy insurance. my contract work of Rs.4505- in which fifty percent work was already completed and for which i have no risk remiming fifty percent was left for completion for which i have taken insurance.
if iciciprudental general insurance sell such policies to contractors then it is clean chit to deframe all moral value and order of goverment of india which safe guards to contractor, development to nation and other liabilites to complete work stands chitted by such insurance policies issued by icici prudental general company and its employes making fool to people who have less knowledge in insurance. if insurance is toll to make fool to people with less knowledge in insurance then why Goverment have made compulsary to do insurance to people with less knowledge. Is iciciinsurance company heiring such knowladgeble employs ie Relationship Manager, underwriter who is paid by company for doing a wrong interprate to sell policies which left policy holder nowhere in such times for claim. Is icici general insurance company know that people will never wast there valuable time and money to by insurance which will give no claim. icici general insurance company should show me such 50% of policies they have sold in this fisal year and policies holder have excepted it.
sir look into my matter and safe me from such chitters as for no one there is always some one to help and your precious cooperation in this matter will bring light to this matter of false sealling.
