Regarding the cancellation of my travel policy number 4050/2069944/00/000 and according to your mail on 9 may I the customer care team was to get in touch with me in 48 hours and today it has been one month.
There has been no reply to my previous mails and I am extremely unhappy and angry by this ignorant attitude of icicilombard towards my continuous requests. When I had taken the policy from your company executive I was assured that in any case of denial of my visa my full premium amount will be reimbursed without any problem but it seems nobody at icicilombard seems to care after they have made their policy sale. This is my last and final mail to you after which I will have to approach some legal authority.
