Terrible experience!

I misplaced my ATM PIN & asked customer care to issue me a new PIN Number, they deducted Rs, 57 against issuance of new Pin number on that very day i.e. 17th December but till date i haven't got any PIN Number. I have called a lot many times to my home branch & applications are also given to home branch i.e. Noida sector 18 but all in vain.

People in Axis bank even don't know how to talk & don't care for customer services.
