Deduction of balance

Dear Sir,

I am a user of idea network from last 3 years and using a GPRS plan with the activation of Rs.98/month this is the plan of the company that user can use GPRS with 2 GB downloading and surfing but many a time my mob. Balanced has been deducted without any information last time on 04.07.2011 I recharged with Rs 50 and company did not provide any information that your data card has been expired and deduct all the balance while I was not using GPRS

While I called the no 198 the concerned person did not provide right information. I am very frosted that the idea company cheats me many a time but now I am ready to complaint to TRAI.
