Deduction of Amounts from my SB A/c No.109104000078612

Dear Sir,

I have a SB a/c with your IDBI bank my SB a/c no. is 109104000078612 branch with Sector-18, Noida. On 11.05.2010 Rs. 2980/- was deducted from my account without informing me. I immediate called to your customer care he told me that you have not maintained Rs. 5000/- month so we had deducted Rs. 745/- as AQB i.e. 04 times which comes to rs. 2980/-. I found that IDBI bank is not carying the customers without information why they had deducted these charges from my account. So, sir please waiver me of Rs. 2980/-.
