Open account issue

My Self Deepak Singh Tanwar.

I have made a request to open an account in IDBI bank on 25th Sep 2010 with a ref cheque 101000 rs amount.

After passing 25days they have no response and not able to send to me details of my account. My money is totally block in this period. This time is too hectic k when i required my money and i am not able to use my money.

This is not a responsible bank. Every time they are making excuse.

Please help to resolve this issue.

They are saying if open a account with 100000rs you are a prefer customer of our bank. They have block my money and not to give me details.

Please advise to me.
