I have an saving account with IDBI bank. On 1st Sept I purchased a shoes using IDBI Debit card. Amount got deducted for twice. For this, I complainded to IDBI customer care on 2nd Sept & got the information that the amount will be refunded within 45-60 days. After 60 days on 3rd Nov I called to customer care again, At that time I got the information that amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
Till the time the amount has not been refunded. Again I called customer care on 24th Nov, the CC executive kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then gave the solution "please call after 1 hour"..
Is this a way to behave with your customers? If these thing persists and if my money is not refunded i will stop the service of idbi bank..
I do not want this kind of pathetic, rude, and stupid service from u people. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible so that i can stop taking your service. I will also launch a corporate complaint against Idbi so that every body using this service will come to know about it.
