My no is 9747357664 on 9/01 i activated gprs daily rental plan at the same day @ 11 o clock i deactivated the service, and i got an sms that the request is accepted, for conforming that i dial the deactivation code once more,
then i got a message that your service is already deactivated, the next day 10th it seems that 5 rs is taken from my account i complaint at customer care they said the plan is not deactivated, they take my complaint and the same scenario is repeating and i complained several times the idea does not take any action
