I am a policy holder of National Insurance Company since 2007. But, till date, I have not received my Vipul Med Corp Card and in this regard I have written a letter to the Manager, National Ins.Co. on 24th June.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange to send me the ID Card immediately.
