Please refer to order no 500766 for an iMedia iFone 3.2" Touch Screen Mobile advertised in the Times Of India on 16 July and my order for three products paid via credit card.
The iMedia iFone sent to was to hoodwink me and cheat me of my hard earned money, as the piece sent was an old, USED AND DEFECTIVE PIECE FOR WHICH I IMMEDIATELY LODGED A COMPLAINT, BUT UNFORTUNATELY TILL TODAY i HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE TO MY GRIEVANCE AND COMPLAINT.
I feel that these advertisements put in reputed papers are purely to hoodwink customers and lure them into buying redundant and defective pieces of gadgets.
I would be grateful if you could kindly replace my set immediately, and also ensure that such embarrassing situations are not created in future.
