Non delivery of cards

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice that imint card related to my ICICI credit card despatched on 13th September from Express IT Courier has not been received sofar. The address are correct but there is no single call from the delivery person.

The details of the Airway Bill/Ref. No.4624859816 despatched on 13.9.2010.

I expect immediate response on my request from your side. Kindly do the needful.
