Refund check is not being Issued

Respected Sir

I am very frustrated to get refund of the year ITR was filled online for The year 2010 on 31 March but we didn't got refund cheque of 2010 after checking online status we got info Refund cheque (reference no. CMPP6744727) returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect on 18 April (speed post ref. No. EQ812034312IN). After searching local income tax office we could not find that cheque we called contact center both CPC Bangalore 1-8004252229 or 080-43456700 and SBI contact center 18004259760 both are diverting to each other. nobody is going to help me out

Application to make correction in address has been send to manger SBI Mumbai by speed post (reference no. EU796612394IN) and to IT Department Bangalore by speed post (reference no. EU796612403IN) on 13 may.

and the local income tax officers are bribed 10% of the amount, they are not responding me, even they do not want to talk me when I visit there,

please help me out, it is my humble request
