NON-RECEIPT OF REFUND CHEQUE

I have been advised through the IT website that my incometax refund cheque for assessment year 11 has been despatched by speedpost on 13.04.11. I have not received the cheque till 24.04.11. My PAN is ABXPV5434B. On tracking movement of speedpost, the message is 'no information is available'. email sent to IT department is returned as 'failed to deliver'. Advise me for followup.
