It is bring to your kind notice and information that I am the customer of your bank. I have been the member of your credit card services since past one and a half years and in october this year I found that 7650/- has been debited from my account of one policy which was imposed upon me without my consent & notice by your bank.

It will not be out of place to mention here that I have made several telephonic calls to your bank's call centers but no proper & satisfactory reply has been given by your banking authorities till now.

It is my humble request that the amount of Rs.7650/-is wrongly debited from my account Account no-02851050012956 should be credit immediately so that no inconveniences are caused both ways. Please.
