NOT PROPER RESPONSE AND REFUSE TO PRINT PARTICULARS ON PASS BOOK

Sir,

I V.Somasundaram working as lecturer at MCA dept in SATHYABAMA UNIVERSITY, OLD MAHABALIPURAM ROAD, SHOLINGANALLUR, CHENNAI.And we have a branch of INDIAN BANK in our university and I have salary account in that branch. Last one year i have not taken the print out details of transaction particulars in my pass book, regarding I went yesterday (25/08, wednesday) to take prinout particulars at that time free of rush (around 3.00pm) but the staff who was resoponse to take print outs refused to print the entire transaction and he replied we can printout only for last few months and I agreed.

But he was taking long time to print and I requested him that sir shall I come tommorrow for taking printouts? beacasue i will miss my bus if it becomes more late. That sir replied very very harshly and with anger he had thrown of my pass book on the bench with improper response. I asked sir pl try to understand what i am coming to say, but he was no more ready to hear request and agian he shouted, and I left that place with out more interacation to catch my university bus.
