Iam facing the problem of automatic reduction of mobile balance. When I am complaint about this the customer care reply that I have some ISD calls but I can not do any type of ISD call & that is happening at only at late night when Iam sleeping. There is no use of ISD call from my side from this sim but the reduction of my balance is continue happening & airtel members are not giving well response to me. NOW I HAVE TO DECIDED TO GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.
