I ordered for a Firsttrack Watch in the indiatimes shopping portal on sometime end of Jan'11 ; Order no 112837111
Within next one week, I received a call informing me that the order has been canceled due to unavailability (not in stock) and they will refund back the money.
In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I havent got back my refund amount.
This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything.
They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering.
Can anyone suggest me, how can i get my money back.
