I got a message from 58888 on 03.06.10 to deactivate/unsub WAP ACTRESS PACK . After that I clicked the link but error occurs on the page showing " unknown mobile no. Please use your operator GPRS or contact your customer care". I did not get any satistactory answer from bsnl customer care. On 04.06.10 Rs 30 is deducted from my balance. Please Help Debadatta Jani.
