Sir,

I have your credit having Number - 4384 5999 9526 1905 since last 3-4 years approx. I never used this card till date. On 30th April you sent me SMS to payment dues on my this card. I am surprised that how it would be happened without using credit card. I never received any statement till date.

I am requesting you that find out any misunderstanding from your side or show me my signature and from where i swipe my credit card. I would like to know how this kind of things happened. Please look into this urgently. Otherwise I have to go to consumer court.
