Refund of Our Cheque

Dear sir,

We had cancelled our advertisement dated on 21/08/10. and cancellation no is 9048736 But till the date they have not refund our cheque. we called them so many times but they are give the information that we will pay with in a month, with in a 15 days, with in a week. Already 5 months over but they did not refund the cheque.
