ING LIFE INSURANCE
DENIAL IN CANCELLATION OF INSURANCE POLICY

I surrendered my original policy document for cancellation well in free look in period, that is on 13/10. I waited for my refund cheque of Rs. 25000/= but till not I did not receive the same. I made several communication with ING customercare through email/telephone. Customercare tells that we can not cancell your policy as free look period is expired/over. I received policy document on 08/10 and surrendered the same for cancellation on 13/10.My local ING Insurance branch person also agree with my problem. I tried to contact with ING life insurance National/Registered office on phone but the moment they hear word of cancellation, they cut phone.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
