Non-receipt of policy money

I surrendered my policy no. 00928183 in original 3-1 at local ing head office, and the gentle man at the desk promised me that I will get my cheque amount latest 18th january. Today is 22.1.2011 & I have not yet received the said amount.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest
