CANCELLATION OF ING VYSYA LIFE INSURANCE POLICY

Respected Sir/Madam

I am Mallikarjun. G from New Delhi, I have taken insurance policy of ING Vysya in march. My policy number's are:

Policy no 1:02407594

Policy no 2: 02408436.

Executive Name is Mr.vishal Shriwastav.

I have applied for policy cancellation on 31st of March in Barakhamba Road branch, New delhi. I have recieved policy on 18th of March. Concerned person from the branch said i will get the refund in 20 days as it is closing of year. I get a call from customer care from bangalore by name Nalini in which her way of talking was so rude. There is no response from the branch regarding my status. They have taken my policy papers on 31 st and they said my policy is cancelled. In May i get a call saying my policy cannot be cancelled as it is out of free look cancellation date. Where as i have applied before two weeks according to company rules. They are behaving like as if i need to give them money. I am not satisied with the services at all. I need proper justice as soon as possible. I am fed up with the response and services of ING VYSYA. Awaiting for a favorable response from ING Vysya through this complaint. I have even sent a mail to their complaint cell on 25th april where there is no response from them. I am looking forward for a early response from your end.
