but the amount has not been reflected in my account! wen made a complaint i got a reply tat the amount has been refunded to so and so account... this oly adds to my frustration, in addition to this they keep saying the amount wil be credited to the account with which payment was made as if i din kno that! kindly help to sefrve better! money has been sent to axis bank but not credited in my IOB account!
