Withdrawal Problem

I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) from my ICICIbank account, from a SBI ATM, near Triangular Park, Kolkata. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I never received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Unable to Process” written on it. But I received a SMS saying that an amount of Rs.5000/- is debited from my ICICI bank account. I don’t know why.

But anyhow, I have the Transaction slip with me. The details are:

I have heard many people faced the same problem while trying to withdraw amounts from SBI ATMs. It is going beyond of tolerance and now it’s a question of sheer negligence from SBI management. Just like other Govt office SBI also thinks they are beyond any work culture and they just can do whatever they think. SBI is a CURSE to our nation. They are a threat to the safety of our hard earned money. Government should take serious and noticeable action against SBI.

And I am going to take all kind of legal steps necessary to regain my Hard earned money.
