Sir, I have deposited an amount of Rs. 12010.00 to LIC of India, branch code No 95L. through Dev. Officer code : 0007952, Agent Code : 1041595L. B.O.C Number : 6617 dated 05/10 for a Jeevan Saral Policy. My policy document has not yet been received. When contacted on phone, I was that the policy documents have already been despatched. I tried to contact the agent and the Dev Officer. But they are not responding. Inspite of repeated request no action is being taken at any level.
