I was suppose to make a stop payment for one of my cheques, for which i enquired the staff (Ms Medhavi) as to will I'll be charged for it or not. I was given an assured statement from her thats it is not chargeble, neither any of the boards displayed in the bank shows this concern. After the assurance i had placed an application for stop payment, and now I had been charged Rs 55/- for the services. After putting my quiery over the issue for the charges leived on me, staff stated blaming my degnity, as to why I have u not enquired with another two or more staff members. I cant beleive the way center of the staff of the bank started behaving with me as if it is me who had done some crime. Its been more than 20 yrs that i had been visiting the bank but such a irregular behaviour and neglegence toward the work, i'm very diappointed. Where as I had given an application for the same in the bank and handed over to Ms Medhavi, but I know that nothing would be done as there is no proper MASTER STICK on these people, who can control this noncense in bank with the customers.
