Efund for not getting ticket after booking through internet

Dear sir,

i have booked online ticket on 09/05 via ksrtc awtar system from bangalore to harihar in 23.15 bus for 4 passengers. at first i could not fetched the ticket print out and it showed the possible failure of the making ticket. for no reason i have been charged Rs.1296/- thorough axis bank debit card.

then again i tried for the second time it repeated the same and Rs.1296/- debited from my sb account via axis bank, davangere branch.

afterwards, third time also i tried to make the ticket but again i have been charged Rs.1296/- through axis bank debit card.

now, i have paid 1296 x 3 times for not getting the ticket.

kindly solve my problem so that we customer's trust this ksrtc online ticket making portal?
