Non receipt of transfered policy commission

I have not received the commission of following LIC policies, which are transfered but the premiums are regularly paid by the party.

These policies were transfered from Vapi (868) to Mathura in year 05. No commission received from last 6 years. I have confirmed from the insurer that all these policies are in force and regular premium is being paid.
