POLICY BOND NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE GIVEN 04.04.2009 AND PASSED FROM MY BANK A/C

Dear Sir,

myself Shankar patel from Vapi, Gujarat. i had taken two policy on 29.03.2009

1. Rs.3600/- premium cheque no.514093 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009

2. Rs.8196/- Premium cheque no.514094 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009

above two policy BOC no.34436 & 34437 above policy taken from Vapi Branch, Dist:- Valsad, Gujarat

i had received one Policy no.864769271 of Rs.3600/- premium and it is open on 03.10. i had given cheque on 25.03.2009 (after Six Month) give me reply for late opening six month policy

other Premium Rs.8196/- paid till Date, i had not received Policy bond, i visited personely for this but any person do not give proper asnwer.

what about my Rs.8196/-?

pls give me above policy bond
