I am a loyal customer of LIC INDIA since last 35 years. But in present situation i am facing some serious problems regarding your poor service and and misconducts. I, PRODIP KUMAR MUKHERJEE, [LIC POLICY NOS-411103399, 418988376 AND 411409868] took loans against my lic policies from your office..And on 26/10 i paid back all your loans as settled by your office.

TODAY IS 26/11, SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT GOT BACK MY ORIGINAL POLICY PAPER FROM YOUR OFFICE.I CONTACTED YOUR BRANCH OFFICE BUT THEY DID NOT CO-OPERATE WITH ME..AND THEY DID NOT HELP ME REGARDING THIS MATTER..AND I ALSO CALLED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIAL [TOKEN NO-3266] BUT THEY ALSO DID NOT RESPOND... NOW, IT IS 4 MONTHES OVER AND I M COMPLETELY HELPLESS AND NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY CLUE REGARDING THIS MATTER..HENCE I WILL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT AND FOR THE MISCONDUCT AND CARELESS ATTITUDE..BEING A CENTRAL GOVT.. OFFICIAL I WILL PURSUE THIS CASE TO THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY .IF I WILL NOT GET BACK MY POLICIES WITH IN 7 DAYS...
