I would like to draw your kind attention that my wife taken said policy and nominee is mentioned our minor daughter and appointee mentioned her mother (my mother-in-law), but unfortunately my wife expired on 30.06.2010 and as agreed by mother-in-law and agent of lic, and smt. Janakiamma (mother-in-law) agreed to deposit claim to my daughter's name and she can withdraw the same after she get major. But till date the said amount deposited to my daughter's name, but lic already handedover the cheque to Smt. Janaki amma also. the case well known branch manager of Ottpalam Br.
Pl. do the needful at your end to get the money in name of my daughter for her future, becasue her grandmother is not a good terms with us or any of their family.
