Non transfer for policy and not responding to any communication

Transfer my policy no.342311798

I have the above policy in LIC branch 58H at Bhubaneswar. My above policy matured in March. I opted for pension on half yearly basis through ECS. The first half yearly pension was to be credited to my account on 1st October. It was not credited as my bank account has been transferred to Hyderabad where I am settled after retirement. AFter lapse of 2 months LIC despatched the amount by way of cheque. No interest for delayed payment has been made to me. When I registered for ECS payment LIC failed to ensure whether the amount can be credited through ECS or not. LIC suggested for applying for transfer of policy to Hyderabad. Accordingly I applied for transfer of policy on 14/12 on line followed by three reminders. The branch has neither been acknowledging nor has it transferred the above policy. Please take up the issue for early redressal.
