I have paid my dues on 25/02 at Santacruz, Mumbai Branch & same day applied for Policy Transfer from Thane to Chembur Branch. My policy has been transffered to Chembur Branch but my payment of policy is not reflecting in policy status. Even after several followups, application & inquires my policy status is not yet changed. One year is over. Kindly look into matter & do the needful.
