I have already booked one complaint om 9.06.2010 against Sr. Branch Manager Sh. K.L Gupta of Patiala Branch (BO 173) but did not get any response from your end. I want to know the present status of the complaint booked by me.
The complaint booked earlier is as under :
Subject: "Policy Bond not received after 10 years and Misbehaviour of Sr Br. Manager Sh. K.L Gupta"
I Purchased Jeevan Suraksha Policy from LIC of India (Policy No. 112826511)
The Original Policy documents of Policy no. 112826511 are still not sent to me after a lapse of more than 9 years. In this regard, I have also sent a request to concerned Branch Manager of LIC of India (BO 120) on 5.3.2010 by registered post and also message by E-mail whose copy was to Chandigarh Branch also to look into the matter. But till date no action has been taken and I have not received any reply from their end.
Now a days I am in Patiala and policy has been recently transferred to Patiala. I also requested Sh. K.L Gupta, Sr. Branch Manager of LIC of India in Patiala (Br No. 173). First of all he ignored me and he did not wanted to listen me. But however I still tried to convey my problem to him but he did not took any interest and instead of helping me out he told "Mujhe aap se tankhah nahi milti". Such an irresponsible reply from such high level i.e Sr. Branch Manager was very shocking to me and very shameful on part of LIC of India for having such an irresponsible and ignorant staff at such a high levels. He does not even know that he is paid from the pocket of customers like me.
I also sent E-mail to reg the same to Chandigarh Branch Manager also but also no response from their side also.
