My daughter Sweta Shukla had a LIC Policy No. 234831892, Table 23L, City Branch No. 7, Date of commencement 14/07, Maturity Sum Assured Rs. 125000/-.
She expired on 17/08 due to kidney failure.
As I am the nominee, I filed the death claim form along with all requisite papers on 26/11, and subsequently some more papers required by the LIC Office were submitted on 20/07, but still the claim has not been settled.
Many times I visited the office C.B.O. No.7 and Divisional Office but no proper response was given to me.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and pass your valuable orders for early settlement of the claim.
