Sub: LIC POLICIES NOT UPDATE D

Ref: LIC policy No 661055160 661081814

With reference the above policies, I approached Hindupur AP Branch for loan but they denied with reason the policies are not under force.

I have already submitted the letter dt 14/01 issued by K G ROAD BR BANGALORE ON 14/02 for having wrongly adjusted premiums in policies 661053160 661001814.

Bus so far LIC of India Hindupur Br has not updated the policies and they started returning back insurance premiums since 2007. I have not encashed any cheques issued by Hindupur branch.

My sincere request is to update the polcies and the loan is to arranged immediately.

Otherwise I have to approach CONSUMER FORUM
