NON-RECEIPT OF PRE MAT URITY POLICIES VALUE

Dear sir,

Ref: LIC POLICY NOS:(1) 377711688 (2) 378269498 (3) 371267679

I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE THREE POLICIES FROM LIC OF INDIA - WAIDHAN BRANCH .

3-4 YEARS BACK I GOT TRANSFERRED FROM VINDHYANAGAR (NTPC LTD) TO SIPAT (NTPC LTD) WHICH IS NEAR BILASPUR OF CHHATISGARH.

I REQUESTED WAIDHAN LIC BRANCH TO TRANSFER ALL THE THREE POLICIES TO BILASPUR - CAG BRANCH (code-3065)

As my monthly premiums are being accepted by LIC -Bilaspur, I thought that the things were in order till date.

But to my surprise, few days back i am told that my original dockets were not received by Bilaspur branch although my monthly premiums are / have accepted regularly without any default.

As I have to accumilate the funds for younger daughter's arriage planned to perform during August

I have surrendered all the above mentioned three policies (in Originals) to the Bilaspur LIC -CAG branch for encashment during 1st week of June through an agent Sri. Naresh Agarwal. On enquiry I am told after 20 days later that all the three policies original dockets were not received, therefore it is not possible for processing for releasing for payment.

A financial implication of arround Rs.3.5 lakhs

Then I had a telephonic discussion with the Branch Manager - Bilaspur Sri. Satnami who confirmed the same message of the agent Mr. Naresh Agarwal.

On tention I started contacting the Branch Manager of Waidhan LIC Sri. Chouhan regarding the policies status who confirmed that the policies are dispatched / transferred to EDMS Office (Shahdol) during March - April in original and the soft copy data has been transferred to CAG branch of Bilaspur.

As the original docket transfer / custody is the internal work of LIC INDIA, please see that I am paid all my claims at the earliest possible without further delay and help me.

Necessary immediate instructions may be issued to the cncerned at the earliest possible under intimation to the undersigned.

The maturity Values of the three policies may be credited to my bank account directly if possible along with intimation.
