Please refer to my lifetime super pension policy no.11391781.the agent &the officer conserned has promised me an insurence cover of rs.one lac alongwith assured minimum income of 15%.the promice does not riflects in your policy document.the conserned officer has taken the policy documents from me to make necessary changes & had promissed me that the same will be done on my payment of second premium in feb.2010.i feel that i had been misguided with falls promises.kindly clearify.
