No proper coustmer service

I had given a call to loop mobile today stating that how to make an on line payment using a debit card a spok to madhuri from coustmer care she guided me through the website but she could not actually help me and was unable to make my payments so i have decided to cancel my services with loop mobile because it is not the firist time so i will find a better company who value their coustmers and leave the services of loop mobile when i make my payments
