my husband has a loop mobile no.(9821507409) mumbai from last 4 yrs.he has shifted to pune from last 2 yrs but stil uses the same no. in roaming bcos he doesnt want to change his number.loop is not present in pune.
messaging, calling in roaming etc is very expensive.
After launch of MNP on 20th jan he had requested loop for change of operator to reliance GSM. We had kept some extra balance in loop postpaid account in advance so that loop people would not cite bill payment issues. We have been payinjg bills on time. We provided all the documents required and correct UPC code which is rigthly accepted by loop mobile people but still our request was rejected and we received a msg saying contractual obligation problem whose meaning is not known to us.
We called up loop people no. of times but their customer care executives are just puppets of no use who have no ans or explanation. reliance people cant move forward till loop confirms our request.
We have a valid request and loop people have no right of rejecting it. We need a explanation and confirmation of our MNP request also. We cant keep loop on roaming use.
