Wrong mobile billing

Dear sir,

I have been using airtel mobile post paid services for the past 7 to 8 years and remitting the dues in time without fail. I have never made any ISD calls in my call history. Duirng May i have seen couple of ISD calls made to destinations like South Africa, Zimbabwe and other Europian countries for worth Rs.8, 400. When i have noticed the irrational charges communicated to me by airtel by SMS i have immediately contacted the Customer Service Dept to look into the problem and rectify immediately. On various occassions, i have spoken to CSD and intimated about the descrepency taking place with my mobile however, the CSD did not hear to my complaint and allowed the descrepency to coninue for rest of the month without any corrective action and now insisting me to pay for the calls which i have never made from my mobile. SIr, i request you, to kindly allow me to hear the correspondece made in those calls to find out who have made those call actually, by hacking into my mobile number and give me relief from this mental torture and agony.
