Non receipt of gift on Reward points

Dear Sir,

This is to Compliant on the Reward point redemption scheme of Manhattan Cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank.

On March 30 I had reedemed more than 4000 reward points for a 1 gram gold coin on the indiaplaza website order #IN3003100124, however I have not received the order till date i.e. after more than two months.

According to the website the orders are delivered within 21 days from the date of redemption.

I have also complainted on both the Indiaplaza website and on Manhattan cards. Although I got call from Manhattan for quick response on May 13 however the same is yet to be resolved.

My Complaint reference numbers for Manhattan are as follows:

Ref : 05/10/007891/SI/CRD (May 13) and recent one is

Ref No: 05/10/063869

Compliant Reference number on Indiaplaza website is CNT 09081311053824 (April 20)
