No dispatch of redemption gift

Even after below mail, i am yet to receive gift..order was placed on 14-July.

Can you please advice how to take this issue to consumer court

We understand that you are not in receipt of the Gift towards the

Based on your mail, we have liaised with India Plaza and they have

confirmed that the Gift will be despatched to your mailing address by
