I have bought Max Newyork life Insurance policy of shiksha plus II in Oct. Till Jan 6 January - i did not receive policy document to verify the details. After receipt i found the details entered by Company agent was wrong which was immediately informed in writing. Second time document received again in Feb with wrong details of name with continuous follow up in writing. Company kept on investigating, finally second time i refused to go for policy considering the way it is treated at the time of buying the policy. I requested to trigger refusal of policy during confirmation period. i am not sure this company can give service to customer in unfortunate events for claim. so decided to refuse the policy. till today i do not have correct policy. i can forward all communication in this regards. please help me to get refund and i would like make clear to all that this is not the company where you can expect any service.
