For takin claim foe theft bike

my father Mr. Vijay Kumar is registered owner of bike HR48-5488 (splendor nxg). sir in march our buke was theft. i have apllied for theft claim. i have fullfilled my all formailty. now they are askin me for givin a photo of my bike that i not have. my bike has theft and i cant give them a photo of my bike. but they had taken a photo of my bike while doing insurance of my bike.

Sir plz help me about this matter. i shall be highly thankfull to you for this kind action.
