MCX IPO
IPO refund not received

I had applied for MCX IPO for Rs. 86, 688.

No shares have been allotted to me and on top of that I have not got refund of my amount till date.

Who will bare with loss of investment by non-allotment and loss of interest on my amount till I get refund.
