Micromax Q55
Money taken but no refund

I purchased micromax Q55 online on the 8th of nov and paid 2521... the shipping is within 6 days... since i have not received after 6 days, I calles customer care and they said it is out of stock and they will cancel it and give me a refund.

I got the refund of 2021..I called them back for the 500 remaining amount

I spoke to Toulik and he said its a mistake and will get in 4 days which is false.

I called him up this monday and he said i will get it that day which didnot happen

I called 2 days back again and spoke to 1 girl and she said i will get it in 2 days. Today is the 2nd day and i have not got it
